$50のitunesカードを注文するとすぐに1回目の購入時と同じメールが届きました

前回$25のitunesカードを購入した際のアクティベーションの手数料は$4.99だったので
カードの金額と手数料の比率は同じです。高額のカードを買ってもお得ではありませんね
今回は2回目の注文なので電話がかかってくることはないはず
ところが2回目の注文はかなりめんどくさい事態になってしまいました
前回は1通目のメールから10分後に1営業日中にコードを用意する旨を伝えるメールが
届いたのですが今回は30分たっても音沙汰がありませんでした
この時不審に思いつつも不注意なことに机にiphoneを置いたまま席を離れてしまいました
10分後席に戻るとiphoneに2件の非通知の不在着信がありました
「電話かけたのに出なかったね、またかけるので都合のいい時間をメールで返信してね」とのこと
そのメールに返信するとサポートのページに投稿されました
当方の拙い英文は恥ずかしいので塗りつぶしましたｗ
今まで日本語でもサポートにメールした経験がなかったので
このようにページにメールが掲載された状態になったときはかなり焦りましたが
どうやら送信者とサポートの人間しか読めないプライベートなページのようですね（多分）
2時間後サポートのページにスタッフからの返信があり、「カードが品切れになったので
24時間以内に用意する、キャンセルも受け付けるよ」とのこと
なぜか電話に出なかったことについては全然触れてません
カードが品切れになったのはitunes matchの開始で需要が高まったのでしょうか？
この時点ではitunes matchがアメリカのクレジット・カード無しでは利用できないことを
知らなかったので、結局日本のサイトでアメリカのitunesカードを買うことにしました
エアプレーンミュージックというサイト、クレジット決済と銀行振込が可能
$50のカードが6604円でした。深夜にネット・バンキングで振込をすると翌朝9時すぎに
メールでコードが送られてきましたPC Game Supplyは（$1が80円で計算して）約4800円で
1800円もの価格差がありますがPC Game Supplyでの発注に費やした時間を考えると
日本のサイトで注文するのも悪くないですね。ちなみにPC Game Supplyからは昼過ぎに
メールがありコードが手に入りました（結局電話なし）こちらはメールでコードを送信するのではなく
コードを写した写真がサイトのMy Accountという所にアップロードされます
